煤矿超高水充填设备参数化设计与虚拟装配

【摘要】:煤炭是我国工业生产重要的能源和原材料,充填开采技术作为一种绿色环保的开采技术能够有效提高煤矿的煤炭采出率,实现资源的充分利用,同时能够有效保护周边自然环境。新型的超高水充填开采技术能够有效保证“三下”开采安全,最大限度的收回矿产资源,延长矿井开采年限,同时保护地下、地表环境,减少地表沉降。超高水充填技术具有相对简单的工艺系统,前期投入较低,充填效果好等特点。超高水充填技术的运用主要依托于建设于地表的充填站和通入矿井中的充填管道,而高水充填站是其中最重要的组成部分。论文主要研究的是冀中能源九龙矿超高水充填项目,根据工程实际对项目所用到的机械设备采用新的设计方法进行设计和优化,首先对充填开采技术发展现状进行简单的介绍,结合样本工程对超高水充填站的结构和设备布置进行介绍,并阐述了设备的工作流程。其次阐述参数化设计原理及其发展过程,并对本文运用到的SolidWorks软件进行介绍。通过参考九龙矿超高水充填站的设计图纸,运用SolidWorks软件的绘图功能建立充填站中各主要设备的参数化模型,并以此为基础构建整套系统参数化设计的模型库,运用系列零件设计表方法对运用到的高水充填设备进行参数化设计,实现非标设备的标准化设计。利用软件的装配功能对整个充填站的建设过程进行模拟,发现潜在的设计问题,并提出相应的解决方案。最后确定整套系统的设备装配次序,对实际工程起到指导作用。
[Abstract]:Coal is an important source of energy and raw materials for industrial production in China. As a kind of green and environmental protection mining technology, filling mining technology can effectively improve the coal mining rate of coal mines and realize the full utilization of resources. At the same time, can effectively protect the surrounding natural environment. The new super-high water filling mining technology can effectively guarantee the safety of "three down" mining, maximize the recovery of mineral resources, prolong mine mining life, at the same time protect underground, surface environment and reduce surface subsidence. Super-high-water filling technology has the characteristics of relatively simple process system, low pre-investment, good filling effect and so on. The application of ultra-high water filling technology mainly depends on the filling station built on the surface and the filling pipe through the mine, in which the high water filling station is the most important part. This paper mainly studies the super-high water filling project in Jizhong Energy Jiulong Mine. According to the engineering practice, the new design method is used to design and optimize the mechanical equipment used in the project. Firstly, the development status of filling mining technology is briefly introduced. The structure and equipment arrangement of super high water filling station are introduced with sample engineering, and the working flow of the equipment is expounded. Secondly, the principle of parameterized design and its development process are described, and the SolidWorks software used in this paper is introduced. By referring to the design drawings of the super high water filling station in Jiulong Mine, the parameterized model of the main equipment in the filling station is established by using the drawing function of the SolidWorks software, and the model base of the whole system parameterized design is constructed on this basis. The parameterized design of high water filling equipment is carried out by using the method of series parts design table, and the standardized design of non standard equipment is realized. The software assembly function is used to simulate the construction process of the filling station, to find the potential design problems, and to put forward the corresponding solutions. Finally, the equipment assembly order of the whole system is determined, which plays a guiding role in practical engineering.
