煤矿膏体充填矿压显现规律的充实效应研究

【摘要】:为了研究充实率对采场覆岩运动规律的影响,以岱庄矿为工程背景,首先对充填体特性进行了测试,然后利用Midas/GTS-FLAC3D耦合模拟技术构建了2351工作面膏体充填开采的数值分析模型,模拟研究了采场在充实率为0、80%、85%、90%、95%、100%时的矿压显现规律。结果表明:充填体能有效抑制采场覆岩的移动和变形,充填采场的覆岩一般只出现裂隙带和弯曲下沉带;充实率越高,支承压力同比越小,前方煤体和后方充填体的峰值应力位置距离工作面越近;当采场充实率为100%时,与非充填开采相比,采场塑性区宽度约为原来的5%,支承压力为原来的50%以下。可见,采场覆岩运动的充实效应非常显著,工程实际中应尽可能地使采场充填接顶,以保证充填质量和开采安全。
[Abstract]:In order to study the effect of enrichment ratio on overburden movement law of stope, taking Daizhuang Mine as engineering background, the characteristics of backfill are tested at first, and then the numerical analysis model of paste filling mining in 2351 face is constructed by using Midas/GTS-FLAC3D coupling simulation technology. In this paper, the characteristics of the rock pressure in the stope with a enrichment ratio of 0 ~ 80 and ~ 8590 ~ 95 ~ 95 ~ 100 have been studied. The results show that filling can effectively restrain the movement and deformation of overburden rock in stope, the overburden rock filled with stope usually only appears fracture zone and bending subsidence zone, and the higher the filling ratio is, the smaller the supporting pressure is. The peak stress position of the front coal body and the rear filling body is closer to the working face, and when the stope filling ratio is 100, the width of the plastic zone of the stope is about 5% of the original one, and the supporting pressure is less than 50% of the original one. It can be seen that the enrichment effect of overburden movement in stope is very significant. In engineering practice, stope filling should be connected as far as possible in order to ensure filling quality and mining safety.
