提升机钢丝绳张力监测系统张力传感器与测力装置的研发

【摘要】:针对矿井提升机存在的钢丝绳过载、张力不平衡等问题,通过对多绳摩擦提升机的大量现场调查和研究,设计了一种提升机钢丝绳张力监测系统。本论文主要对该系统中的张力传感器的设计进行介绍,并研制出了应用于张力传感器标定的测力装置。张力传感器基于机械受力特别研制,由弹性体、导向板和固定板构成,其外形结构与压块相似,将其嵌入于平衡悬挂装置中,利用平衡悬挂装置将钢丝绳受到的拉力转变为对传感器压力的测量。其结构既不改变原平衡悬挂装置的结构也不影响其自动平衡钢丝绳张力的功能。根据张力传感器的测力原理,测力装置基于标准传感器与待测传感器的互换技术,不仅可以实现对传感器的标定而且还可以对监测系统进行测试。模拟现场张力传感器的测力状态,对传感器进行校准。通过对传感器标定试验数据的分析,表明张力传感器线性度良好,测量误差小,满足矿井使用要求,同时也验证了测力装置的实用性。最后,通过实际的工业应用进行验证,表明该系统能够准确反映每根钢丝绳的张力大小,性能稳定、测试精度高。同时,也表明通过测力装置标定的传感器比现场校准的传感器进行的试验,致使传感器引起的测试误差小,进一步验证了测力装置的实用价值。
[Abstract]:Aiming at the problems of overloading and tension imbalance of wire rope in mine hoist, a tension monitoring system for hoist is designed through a lot of field investigation and research on multi-rope friction hoist. This paper mainly introduces the design of tension sensor in this system, and develops a force measuring device used in tension sensor calibration. The tension sensor is specially developed on the basis of mechanical force and consists of elastic body, guide plate and fixed plate. Its shape and structure are similar to that of compression block, so it is embedded in the balance suspension device. The tension of the wire rope is changed into the measurement of the sensor pressure by using the balance suspension device. The structure does not change the structure of the original balance suspension and does not affect its function of automatically balancing the tension of the wire rope. According to the force measurement principle of the tension sensor, the force measuring device is based on the exchange technology between the standard sensor and the sensor to be tested, which can not only realize the calibration of the sensor but also test the monitoring system. The force state of the field tension sensor is simulated, and the sensor is calibrated. Through the analysis of the calibration test data of the sensor, it is shown that the tension sensor has good linearity and small measurement error, which meets the requirements of mine operation. At the same time, it also verifies the practicability of the force measuring device. Finally, the practical industrial application shows that the system can accurately reflect the tension of each wire rope, the performance of the system is stable, and the testing accuracy is high. At the same time, it is also shown that the sensor calibrated by the force measuring device is better than the one calibrated in the field, which results in less error caused by the sensor, which further verifies the practical value of the force measuring device.
