复杂地质条件厚大磷矿体采空区顶板联合支护方法

【摘要】:白竹磷矿是国内罕见的厚大缓倾斜磷矿体,矿层最大厚度接近25 m。结合白竹磷矿复杂地质条件,特别是顶板结构破碎、节理发育等特点,在该矿首次采用适用于空顶高、暴露面积大缓倾斜厚大磷矿体采空区处理的锚杆-锚网-锚索综合加固技术。在实际应用过程中,首先在矿层顶部Ph3平巷进行切顶,切顶采用Sandvik DD310-40凿岩台车凿孔装药爆破,然后采取顶板分类管理技术进行顶板分级,最后针对顶板结构分级情况采用相对应的锚杆、锚网护顶护帮,再用锚索加固顶板。经过多年试验,探索出了一套适用于复杂地质条件下磷矿顶板管理的方法。
[Abstract]:Baizhu phosphate rock is a rare thick and gently inclined phosphate ore body in China. The maximum thickness of the ore bed is close to 25 m. Combined with the complex geological conditions of Baizhu Phosphate Mine, especially the characteristics of roof structure breakage and joint development, it is the first time that it is suitable for space top height. Comprehensive reinforcement technique of bolt-anchor net-anchor cable for goaf treatment of large and gently inclined thick phosphate ore body with exposed area. In the process of practical application, the roof is first cut in Ph3 roadway at the top of the ore bed, the roof is cut by Sandvik DD310-40 drilling bench car, and then roof classification is carried out by adopting the roof classification management technology. In the end, the corresponding anchor rod is used for the classification of roof structure, and the anchor net is used to protect the roof and then the anchor cable is used to reinforce the roof. After many years of experiments, a method for roof management of phosphate rock under complex geological conditions has been explored.
