液压支架精确推移控制方案研究与应用

【摘要】:针对液压支架液压系统存在控制精度差、支架推移步距不一致等问题,提出了一种液压支架精确推移控制方案。该方案通过引入推移控制逻辑阀,并优化电液控制系统自动推移控制流程,实现移架、推溜动作精确控制及销轴间隙自动消除功能。实验及现场应用结果表明,该方案提高了综采工作面液压支架自动推移控制精度,保证了支架推移步距的统一。
[Abstract]:Aiming at the problems of poor control precision and inconsistent step distance of hydraulic support, a precise control scheme of hydraulic support is proposed. By introducing the shift control logic valve and optimizing the automatic control flow of the electro-hydraulic control system, the scheme can realize the functions of moving the frame, accurate control of the sliding movement and automatic elimination of the pin clearance. The results of experiment and field application show that the scheme can improve the precision of automatic movement control of hydraulic support in fully mechanized coal mining face and ensure the unity of the movement distance of support.
