同煤集团科技创新现状与对策分析

【摘要】:创新是企业能够不断成长的营养,是助其不断开拓进取的原动力。科学技术是经济繁荣的排头兵。谁能做到不断的科技创新,谁就能搭上时代发展的顺风车。当今社会,企业转型结构调整已是大趋所势,谁先明白“科技主导一切,创新主导一切”的道理,谁就能在优胜劣汰的竞争中寻得一线生机。因此,加快科技创新也是煤炭企业,特别是同煤集团增强企业竞争力的必然选择。同煤集团用煤炭开采、电力输送立本,创造了装备设计制造、煤炭化工、冶炼金属、贸易、人文教育、土地房产开发、物流贸易强身的新气象。文章发掘于同煤集团的最根本情况,运用相关理论对其科技创新进行细致分析,找出其科技创新现状存在的症结,然后对症下药要研究改善之道。具体研究工作如下:(1)对科技创新领域的相关的理论知识进行罗列和总结。首先搞清科技的含义,创新的含义以及科技创新的含义以及我国煤炭行业对科技创新已作的研究情况。(2)分析同煤集团科技创新的现状。这部分将从同煤集团科技创新成果、体系、人才以及投入四个方面介绍该企业科技创新现状。(3)找出同煤集团科技创新现状的症结。这部分,将同煤集团科技创新与国家整体水平以及煤炭行业整体水平进行比较,找出其不足之处。从科技贡献率、自主创新能力和核心技术三方面来讨论同煤集团科技创新能力的不足;从科技创新动力不足、运行不畅、发展滞后三方面来谈同煤集团科技创新尚需完善;从高端人才和人才结构来谈同煤集团科技创新人才的供需差距;从科技创新专项基金、资金来源渠道和资金到位情况来谈同煤集团科技投入上的不足。(4)加快同煤集团科技创新的对策。针对之前科技创新的问题,针对性地提出解决方案。不断创新突破,从安全、效率、产品结构等多方面发力进行科技创新,增强科技创新能力。通过营造创新氛围提升员工积极性、健全科技创新运行机制和完善创新导向评级和制度来健全同煤集团科技创新机制。科技人才方面需要培养和引进,优化其结构,出台激励政策和多吸纳海外的优秀人才。投入方面,要不断增加资金,扩展投资渠道和完善同煤集团金融产业。科技创新成为各企业打造企业竞争新优势的核心,同煤集团的科技创新也面临着新的挑战。
[Abstract]:Innovation is the nutrition that the enterprise can grow continuously, it is the motive force that helps its ceaseless pioneering enterprising. Science and technology are the vanguard of economic prosperity. Who can achieve continuous scientific and technological innovation, who can ride the development of the times. In today's society, the restructuring of enterprises has become a major trend. Whoever first understands the principle that "science and technology dominate everything and innovation dominates everything" will be able to find a chance of survival in the competition for survival of the fittest. Therefore, speeding up scientific and technological innovation is also an inevitable choice for coal enterprises, especially the same coal group to enhance their competitiveness. With coal mining, electric power transmission, creating equipment design and manufacture, coal chemical industry, smelting metal, trade, humanities education, land and real estate development, logistics trade strong new weather. This paper explores the most fundamental situation of Tongshan Coal Group, analyzes its scientific and technological innovation in detail by using relevant theories, finds out the crux of its present situation of scientific and technological innovation, and then puts forward the remedy for the case to study the ways to improve it. The specific research work is as follows: (1) the related theoretical knowledge in the field of science and technology innovation is listed and summarized. First, the meaning of science and technology, the meaning of innovation and the meaning of scientific and technological innovation, as well as the research situation of scientific and technological innovation in China's coal industry have been made clear. (2) the present situation of scientific and technological innovation in Tongshan Coal Group is analyzed. This part will introduce the present situation of scientific and technological innovation of Tongmei Group from four aspects: achievements, system, talents and investment. (3) find out the crux of the present situation of science and technology innovation in Tongmei Group. This part will be compared with the scientific and technological innovation of coal group and the overall level of national and coal industry to find out its shortcomings. This paper discusses the deficiency of the scientific and technological innovation ability of Tongmei Group from three aspects: the contribution rate of science and technology, the independent innovation ability and the core technology, and discusses the need to improve the scientific and technological innovation of Tongmei Group from the following three aspects: insufficient power of scientific and technological innovation, unsmooth operation and backward development. Talking about the gap between supply and demand of scientific and technological innovation talents in Tongmei Group from the perspective of high-end talents and talent structure; From the special fund of science and technology innovation, the source of funds and the situation of capital in place, this paper discusses the deficiency of science and technology investment of Tongmei Group. (4) the countermeasures of accelerating the scientific and technological innovation of Tongmei Group. Aim at the problem of science and technology innovation before, put forward the solution pertinently. Continuous innovation breakthrough, from safety, efficiency, product structure and other aspects of scientific and technological innovation, enhance the ability of scientific and technological innovation. By creating the innovation atmosphere to promote the enthusiasm of the staff, to perfect the operation mechanism of scientific and technological innovation and to perfect the innovation-oriented rating and system to perfect the scientific and technological innovation mechanism of Tongmei Group. It is necessary to train and introduce scientific and technological talents, to optimize their structure, to introduce incentive policies and to attract more talents from overseas. Investment, to continue to increase capital, expand investment channels and improve the financial industry with coal groups. Scientific and technological innovation has become the core of the enterprises to build new competitive advantages, and the scientific and technological innovation of the same coal group is also facing new challenges.
