井下能源管理系统的研究与应用

【摘要】:我国煤矿生产用电的计量手段还不够健全,很多煤矿电能计量还是采用传统的机械式或电子式电度表计量,每天有专门人员按照统一格式定时抄写各个线路和主要变电所电能数据,特别是在井下,电能的统计和分析管理更是滞后和繁琐,而这恰恰是煤矿经营和安全生产中迫切需要解决的问题。本课题针对以上情况,研发了一套井下无需人工值守、人工抄表的井下用电设备能源管理系统,该系统可以实现实时电量监测,分析用电量曲线。通过报警数据窗口,分析故障原因。提供煤矿电量消耗计划,帮助煤矿能耗核算和定额管理。工作人员根据该系统提供的电量曲线图合理分配、调度能源资源。本课题首先介绍了国内外能源管理系统的研究情况,给出了课题研究的目的和意义,阐述了系统投入后的能源效应。本课题根据井下用电设备能源管理系统的特点,介绍了该系统的创新点,给出了该系统的结构框架,建立了系统的网络通信结构,并介绍了系统的硬件设计。根据对煤矿电量计量设备的考察,并结合矿用多功能电度表(带有RS-485通信接口)的研究,介绍了矿用多功能电度表的结构和计量参数,包括矿用多功能电度表通信接口,本课题详细介绍了矿用多功能电度表的通信协议,给出了该通信协议在MCGS组态软件中设备驱动程序的设计方法。利用MCGS组态软件设计了系统的上位机和下位机组态软件。本文构建了预测电能的BP神经网络模型,对电能进行了预测仿真。
[Abstract]:The metering method of coal mine production electricity in our country is not perfect enough, many coal mine electric energy metering still adopt the traditional mechanical or electronic electricity meter metering, Every day, there are specialized personnel who regularly record the electric energy data of various lines and major substations according to the unified format. Especially in the underground, the statistics and analysis management of electric energy is even more lagged and cumbersome. But this is precisely the coal mine management and the safety production in the urgent need to solve the problem. In view of the above situation, a set of underground power equipment energy management system without manual watch and manual meter reading is developed. The system can realize real-time electricity monitoring and analysis of power consumption curve. Through the alarm data window, the cause of failure is analyzed. Provide coal mine electricity consumption plan to help coal mine energy consumption accounting and quota management. Staff according to the system provides a reasonable distribution of electricity curve, scheduling energy resources. This paper first introduces the research situation of energy management system at home and abroad, gives the purpose and significance of the research, and expounds the energy effect after the system is put in. According to the characteristics of underground electric equipment energy management system, this paper introduces the innovation of the system, gives the structure frame of the system, establishes the network communication structure of the system, and introduces the hardware design of the system. Based on the investigation of the measuring equipment of coal mine electric quantity and the study of mine multifunctional watt-hour meter (with RS-485 communication interface), this paper introduces the structure and metering parameters of mine multifunctional watt-hour meter, including the communication interface of mine multi-function watt-hour meter. The communication protocol of multi-function watt-hour meter used in mine is introduced in detail, and the design method of device driver in MCGS configuration software is given. The configuration software of upper computer and lower computer is designed by using MCGS configuration software. In this paper, the BP neural network model for predicting electric energy is constructed, and the prediction simulation of electric energy is carried out.
