综采工作面复杂装备嵌入式协同仿真平台设计

【摘要】:针对传统单领域仿真平台难以满足综采工作面复杂装备大规模协同仿真需求的问题,基于HLA技术设计了一种综采工作面复杂装备嵌入式协同仿真平台。介绍了该平台总体架构,重点阐述了平台中软硬件仿真模型相应的MATLAB适配器、ADAMS适配器、PLC适配器和数据采集卡适配器的开发过程。以综采工作面"三机"协同控制系统为例进行了平台功能测试,结果表明该平台可实现各异构模型间的数据交互仿真。
[Abstract]:Aiming at the problem that the traditional single field simulation platform is difficult to meet the needs of large-scale collaborative simulation of complex equipment in fully mechanized mining face, an embedded collaborative simulation platform for complex equipment of fully mechanized mining face is designed based on HLA technology. The architecture of the platform is introduced, and the development process of the corresponding MATLAB adapters, ADAMS adapters, PLC adapters and data acquisition card adapters in the software and hardware simulation model of the platform is described. Taking the "three machines" collaborative control system of fully mechanized mining face as an example, the platform function test is carried out. The results show that the platform can realize the data exchange simulation among different models.
