胶筒式液压卡盘存在问题及改进

【摘要】:胶筒式液压卡盘因其结构紧凑、夹紧力大,成为全液压钻机的主流结构卡盘,在国内外全液压坑道钻机上广泛应用。但胶筒式液压卡盘的胶筒易于损坏,卡瓦更换不方便,极大地影响了该卡盘的使用效果。对胶筒式液压卡盘的适用条件、设计要点进行系统的分析,阐明被啃噬的机理,对卡盘的结构及组件进行优化,通过增加尼龙环减少胶筒被啃噬的概率;针对更换卡瓦不便的问题,设计卡瓦座与卡瓦可快速拆装的结构。该卡盘首次在ZDY5000RF型履带式全液压钻机上使用,在淮北祁南煤矿井下单月钻进累计超过4 000 m,胶筒无更换,取得了良好的应用效果。
[Abstract]:Because of its compact structure and high clamping force, the plum-type hydraulic chuck has become the mainstream chuck of the all-hydraulic drilling rig and is widely used in the domestic and foreign hydraulic tunnel drilling rig. However, the rubber cylinder of the cylinder type hydraulic chuck is easy to be damaged, and the replacement of the slips is not convenient, which greatly affects the use effect of the chuck. The suitable conditions and design points of the rubber cylinder type hydraulic chuck are systematically analyzed, the mechanism of being gnawed is clarified, the structure and components of the chuck are optimized, and the probability of gnawing is reduced by increasing the nylon ring. Aiming at the inconvenient problem of replacing the knuckles, the structure of quick disassembly of the knuckles and the knuckles is designed. The chuck is first used on ZDY5000RF type crawler full hydraulic drilling rig. It has accumulated more than 4 000 m per month in the coal mine of Qinan, Huaibei. The rubber barrel has not been replaced, and good application results have been obtained.
