复合力场中煤岩显微组分的高效富集
[Abstract]:Taking Shendong coal sample as the research object, a model of coal maceral occurrence based on ash difference is established, and a separation method of coal rock component based on centrifugal field strengthening is put forward. With the help of the enhanced gravity sorter, the separation mechanism based on the centrifugal force field is revealed through the experimental study on the variable parameter separation of the coal samples of 1o 0.25 mm. The results show that the relationship between vitrinite content and ash content in coal samples is significant, and the model relationship can be expressed by exponential function model. The separation test results show that the coal and rock components can be effectively enriched in the composite force field, the vitrinite content of the purified coal can reach 70 and the yield of the clean coal can reach 80 percent. In order to provide enough radial stratification power for fluidized water pressure to provide enough radial stratification power for coal samples of 1C 0.25 mm, the efficient separation needs to be carried out under the condition of low centrifugal force. The composite force field can effectively strengthen the separation behavior difference between coal and rock macerals and can effectively realize the enrichment of coal and rock macerals.
