煤油在辉钼矿表面吸附和解吸特性研究

【摘要】:煤油是浮选辉钼矿常用的捕收剂,为了解其在浮选过程中与辉钼矿的相互作用,研究了时间、初始浓度、pH值等因素对煤油在辉钼矿表面的吸附与解吸行为的影响。结果表明,初始浓度为240 mg/L时,煤油在辉钼矿表面的吸附在前40 min较快,随后趋于缓慢,并在90 min时达到吸附平衡;随着初始浓度的增加,煤油在辉钼矿表面吸附量不断增大且不易解吸;强碱性环境不利于煤油在辉钼矿表面的吸附,且解吸比增至60%以上。采用准一级动力学模型及准二级动力学模型对试验数据进行拟合,通过误差分析评价模型拟合度,得出准二级动力学的线性形式和非线性形式都可以较好地描述辉钼矿吸附煤油的行为。
[Abstract]:Kerosene is a common collector for flotation molybdenum. In order to understand the interaction between kerosene and molybdenum during flotation, the effects of time, initial concentration and pH value on the adsorption and desorption behavior of kerosene on molybdenum surface were studied. The results show that when the initial concentration is 240 mg/L, the adsorption of kerosene on molybdenum surface is faster than that of the first 40 min, then tends to slow, and reaches adsorption equilibrium at 90 min. With the increase of initial concentration, the amount of kerosene adsorbed on the surface of molybdenum is increasing and it is difficult to desorption, and the strong alkaline environment is not conducive to the adsorption of kerosene on the surface of molybdenum, and the desorption ratio increases to more than 60%. The quasi-first-order dynamic model and quasi-second-order dynamic model are used to fit the test data, and the fitting degree of the model is evaluated by error analysis. It is concluded that the linear and nonlinear forms of quasi-second-order kinetics can well describe the behavior of molybdenum adsorbing kerosene.
