矿井巷道摩擦阻力系数模糊查询系统研究

【摘要】:矿井网络结算的基础和关键是摩擦阻力系数的确定。本文从测定摩擦阻力系数等方面展开研究。对不同巷道摩擦阻力系数的计算公式进行归纳。对于计算锚喷巷道的摩擦阻力系数公式,通过多元回归方程求解,为确立矿井巷道的摩擦阻力系数提供较准确的方法。在完全紊流区,摩擦阻力系数只与管道的相对粗糙度有关,而与雷诺数互无关系。复杂通风条件下的矿井,需要消耗大量人力物力来测定摩擦阻力系数,而测定的结果误差相对较大。本文针对数据库的特点,将模糊扩展的数据库系统查询技术应用于井巷摩擦阻力系数预测中,通过对煤矿井下摩擦阻力系数测定的历史数据进行模糊查询,从而得到匹配度较高的相同类型的井巷摩擦阻力系数或相似类型的井巷摩擦阻力系数。为矿井通风网络解算提供必要的且相对准确的基础参数。
[Abstract]:The foundation and key of mine network settlement is the determination of friction resistance coefficient. In this paper, the measurement of friction resistance coefficient is studied. The formulas of friction resistance coefficient of different roadways are summarized. The formula for calculating friction resistance coefficient of bolting and shotcreting roadway is solved by multivariate regression equation, which provides a more accurate method for establishing friction resistance coefficient of mine roadway. In the complete turbulent region, the friction resistance coefficient is only related to the relative roughness of the pipe, but not to the Reynolds number. Under complex ventilation conditions, a great deal of manpower and material resources are needed to measure the friction resistance coefficient, but the error of the result is relatively large. In this paper, according to the characteristics of the database, the fuzzy extended database system query technology is applied to predict the friction resistance coefficient of the shaft and roadway, and the historical data measured by the friction resistance coefficient in the coal mine are queried by fuzzy method. Thus, the same type of friction resistance coefficient of the same type or the similar type of friction resistance coefficient of the same type are obtained with higher matching degree. It provides necessary and relatively accurate basic parameters for mine ventilation network calculation.
