浮选起泡剂对气泡兼并行为的影响研究

【摘要】:采用高速摄像装置观测液相体系中2个相邻气泡之间的兼并现象.通过添加甲基异丁基甲醇(MIBC)、仲辛醇(2-Octonal)和甲氧基聚丙烯乙二醇(DF-250)3种具有起泡性质的表面活性剂来改变液相体系的表面张力和气液界面弹性,并在这3种起泡溶液中记录分析了气泡在接触过程中的兼并行为.研究表明:溶液的表面张力随着起泡剂质量浓度的增大而减小,并最终达到平衡;气泡之间的兼并时间随着起泡剂表面活性的提高而延长;相同用量条件下,起泡剂分子量越大,溶液中气泡的兼并时间越长;溶液的气液界面弹性随着起泡剂质量浓度的增加而增大,并在表面张力平衡值附近出现拐点,这与气泡兼并时间的变化规律一致.起泡剂MIBC,2-Octoanl和DF-250在表面张力平衡质量浓度条件下所对应的气泡兼并时间分别为8.34,10.50和13.47s.
[Abstract]:A high speed camera was used to observe the merger of two adjacent bubbles in liquid phase system. The surface tension and gas-liquid interfacial elasticity of liquid phase system were changed by adding three kinds of surfactants of methyl isobutyl methanol (MIBC), secondary octanol (2-Octonal) and methoxy polypropylene glycol (DF-250) with foaming properties. In these three kinds of bubbling solutions, the behavior of bubble merger during contact was recorded and analyzed. The results show that the surface tension of the solution decreases with the increase of the concentration of the foaming agent, and finally reaches equilibrium, and the merging time between the bubbles is prolonged with the increase of the surface activity of the foaming agent. Under the same dosage, the bigger the molecular weight of foaming agent, the longer the time of bubble merging in solution. The gas-liquid interface elasticity of the solution increases with the increase of the concentration of foaming agent, and the inflection point appears near the equilibrium value of surface tension, which is consistent with the change of bubble merging time. The bubble merger time of foaming agents MIBC,2-Octoanl and DF-250 under the condition of equilibrium mass concentration of surface tension is 8.34 ~ 10.50 and 13.47 s, respectively.
