皮带输煤冗余控制系统的设计与研究
[Abstract]:At present, Siemens PLC automatic controller has been widely used in belt coal conveyance control system. First of all, it can provide real and reliable real-time data for the decision of the management of thermal power plant, and can show the coal-burning situation of the generator set under certain load operation in real time. Secondly, it has the characteristics of high reliability, strong practicability, strong anti-interference ability and large expansion flexibility. Therefore, its wide application can greatly reduce the labor intensity paid by the workers in the process of production and operation, at the same time, it is convenient for expansion and equipment optimization and upgrading. The use of redundant systems can avoid system maintenance or an error, misoperation, resulting in the system to stop running or cause a greater failure. Although the cost of redundant system is high, it is necessary to adopt redundant system compared with the loss caused by error shutdown. The PLC host system in the coal conveyance control system of power plant generally chooses the redundant configuration CPU and the network communication module working mode, but the Siemens S7-414H system has all the advanced nature of SIMATIC S7. Lead the development of redundant control system. In this paper, the application of Siemens S7-414H redundant control system in belt coal conveyance system is discussed in the light of the project of belt coal transportation system in a power plant. In this paper, the hardware and software of the system are designed and configured, and a set of control scheme with PLC redundancy control system as the core is determined. In this scheme, the distributed system structure, which is open, reliable and easy to expand, is adopted. This redundant control system configuration includes: power supply, CPU, communication module and industrial control computer, which can greatly improve the reliability and stability of the system in production and operation; At the same time, the upper computer control system has a friendly man-machine display operation interface, the whole system detection and operation are implemented in the upper computer, and through Siemens WinCC software, industrial control computer and mouse, Keyboard and so on the entire process of display and operation. The redundancy control system also has the function of interlocking protection. It can display the time, place and cause of the fault in time and accurately, and keep the fault and operation record. In this way, the operation of the whole control process is more stable, and the system also has the functions of fault processing, operation parameter monitoring, equipment adjusting, alarm signal issuing, control system and equipment protection processing under the condition of fault, etc. The practical application proves that the redundant control system for belt conveying coal is worth applying in the production process.
