基于全面试验的钒铁矿开采充填材料配比优化研究

【摘要】:为确保安全开采、控制地压、提高矿石回收率,降低因采空区不稳固带来的安全隐患,在某钒铁矿实施充填采矿法。对该矿充填材料物理力学参数、粒级级配、充填配比、充填材料进行了深入试验和理论研究,并运用MATLAB建立相应的回归模型,根据模型运用LINGO进行参数优化,确定该矿山充填材料最优配比,以达到既满足充填体强度、保证矿山充填安全、高效的运作又把成本降到最低,给矿山带来最大效益。
[Abstract]:In order to ensure safe mining, control ground pressure, increase ore recovery rate and reduce the hidden danger caused by instability of goaf, a filling mining method is implemented in a vanadium iron mine. In this paper, the physical and mechanical parameters, gradation, filling ratio and filling material of the filling material in this mine are studied in depth, and the corresponding regression model is established by using MATLAB, and the parameters are optimized by LINGO according to the model. The optimum ratio of filling materials is determined to meet the strength of filling body, to ensure the safety of filling, to reduce the cost to the lowest with high efficiency, and to bring maximum benefit to the mine.
