基于D-S理论的绿色矿山企业安全文化评价体系研究

【摘要】:矿产资源是推动社会经济可持续发展的重要动力,当前,我国经济快速发展需要大量的矿产资源。矿产资源被过度开采的同时,矿山安全也承受着较大的压力,结果导致矿山事故频繁发生。安全管理是矿山企业防止事故发生的常用手段之一,能够及时发现和减少危险因素。然而,企业的安全管理体系有时并不能良好地运行,这时需要一种内在的力量和辅助方法推动安全管理体系正常运行,企业安全文化就是这种内在力量。本文针对相关问题进行了大量文献的搜集和归纳整理,并在此基础上初步建立本文的研究结构。本文的主要研究内容和取得的研究成果如下:1、收集了有关资料,对企业安全文化的外部影响因素和内部影响因素进行了简单的分析,在此基础上对矿山企业安全文化的评价指标体系框架进行了构建,其中一级指标四个,二级指标十四个。2、介绍了目前对于指标赋权的常用的几个方法,主要分为了两类:主观赋权法和客观赋权法,并采用了AHP-熵权法组合赋权法,对矿山企业安全文化评价指标进行赋权。3、介绍了D-S证据理论的相关概念以及用于综合评价的可行性,并基于D-S证据理论建立了矿山企业安全文化的评价模型,然后将此模型用应用于实例,实例表明该模型能够很好的对矿山企业安全文化进行评价。文章探寻了适合我国矿山的具有自我适应能力和自我调节能力的矿山企业安全文化评价体系,为矿山企业安全文化的评价提供了一种思路。
[Abstract]:Mineral resources is an important driving force to promote the sustainable development of social economy. At present, China's rapid economic development needs a large number of mineral resources. As mineral resources are overexploited, mine safety is also under great pressure, resulting in frequent mine accidents. Safety management is one of the commonly used methods to prevent accidents in mining enterprises, which can detect and reduce the risk factors in time. However, sometimes the safety management system of an enterprise does not work well. At this time, an internal force and auxiliary method are needed to promote the normal operation of the safety management system, and the safety culture of the enterprise is such an internal force. In this paper, a great deal of literature is collected and summarized, and the research structure of this paper is preliminarily established. The main research contents and results of this paper are as follows: 1. The external and internal influencing factors of corporate safety culture are analyzed simply by collecting relevant data. On this basis, the framework of evaluation index system of safety culture in mining enterprises is constructed, in which there are four first-grade indexes and fourteen second-class indexes. Several commonly used methods for index empowerment are introduced. It is mainly divided into two categories: subjective weighting method and objective weighting method, and the combined weighting method of AHP- entropy weight method is used to empower the safety culture evaluation index of mining enterprises. 3. This paper introduces the related concepts of D-S evidence theory and the feasibility of applying it to comprehensive evaluation. Based on D-S evidence theory, the evaluation model of safety culture in mining enterprises is established, and the model is applied to an example. The example shows that the model can evaluate the safety culture of mining enterprises well. This paper probes into the evaluation system of mine safety culture which has the ability of self-adaptation and self-regulation, which is suitable for our country's mines, and provides a way of thinking for the evaluation of mine enterprise's safety culture.
