特厚煤层动压巷道动态注浆加固技术

【摘要】:针对麻家梁煤矿首采工作面回采巷道受采动影响出现顶板周期性台阶下沉、巷道变形严重的问题,采用数值模拟与现场实测相结合的方法,提出了动态注浆加固技术,有效改善了巷道围岩状况。研究表明:工作面超前支承应力具有周期性动态演化规律,巷道围岩呈周期性破坏;超聚混凝土固化速度快、早期强度高,可以作为动态注浆加固材料;确定合理的注浆参数并及时跟踪加固有冒顶征兆的煤岩体能够保证巷道围岩稳定。
[Abstract]:In view of the problem of roof periodic step subsidence and serious roadway deformation caused by mining movement in the first mining face of Majialiang Coal Mine, the dynamic grouting reinforcement technology is put forward by combining numerical simulation with field measurement. The surrounding rock condition of roadway is improved effectively. The results show that the supporting stress of working face has periodic dynamic evolution law, the surrounding rock of roadway is periodically destroyed, the solidification speed of superaggregate concrete is fast, the early strength is high, so it can be used as dynamic grouting reinforcement material. Determination of reasonable grouting parameters and timely reinforcement of coal and rock mass with roof fall can ensure the stability of roadway surrounding rock.
