排山楼金矿电气安全模糊综合评价研究

【摘要】:众所周知,矿山电气系统在矿山安全生产中起着非常重要的作用。为确保矿山电气系统的安全稳定可靠,本文综合运用专家咨询法,改进层次分析法与模糊综合评价法相结合的方法建立了矿山电气安全综合评价模型。通过对矿山电气系统安全评价,发现电气系统存在的问题,及时地提出改进措施,防止电气事故的发生。本文详细描述了此综合评价模型的过程与结构。此模型是拥有44项评价指标的体系,其包括防触电安全性、防火安全性、防雷安全性以及管理完善性4个评价单元。其中,各评价指标的权值可均从改进层次分析法中得以确认。并且,我们利用该模型对阜新排山楼金矿的电气安全系统进行了评价,找出了影响该矿山电气安全的薄弱环节,提出了整改措施并提高了排山楼金矿的整体水平。应用实例表明了该评价方法是对于检测电气安全方面具有实际应用性和全面性。
[Abstract]:As we all know, mine electrical system plays a very important role in mine safety production. In order to ensure the safety, stability and reliability of mine electrical system, the comprehensive evaluation model of mine electrical safety is established by using expert consultation method and improving the method of combining analytic hierarchy process with fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. Through the safety evaluation of mine electrical system, the existing problems of electrical system are found, and the improvement measures are put forward in time to prevent the occurrence of electrical accident. This paper describes the process and structure of the comprehensive evaluation model in detail. The model is a system with 44 evaluation indexes, which includes four evaluation units: electric shock safety, fire protection, lightning protection and management perfection. The weights of each evaluation index can be confirmed by the improved Analytic hierarchy process (AHP). In addition, we use the model to evaluate the electrical safety system of the Peshanlou Gold Mine in Fuxin, find out the weak links that affect the electrical safety of the mine, put forward the rectification measures and improve the overall level of the Peshanlou Gold Mine. The application example shows that the evaluation method is practical and comprehensive in detecting electrical safety.
