条带矿柱破裂区宽度影响因素敏感性正交方差分析

【摘要】:为研究矿柱破裂区宽度影响因素的敏感性,以上横山矿床V3矿体为研究对象,基于正交试验原理,选取采深、采厚、条带采宽、矿体力学参数以及矿体倾角等为主控因素,设计21个不同的模拟试验方案,根据相应的模拟试验方案建立矿床数值模型并对矿床进行模拟开采;运用FALC3D自带的fish语言编写莫尔库仑屈服接近度(YAIm-c)函数来模拟计算矿柱的破裂区宽度;对破裂区宽度模拟结果进行正交方差分析得到:采深对破裂区宽度的影响显著,条带采宽、采厚对破裂区宽度影响不显著;矿体抗拉强度对破裂区宽度的影响显著,抗拉强度、黏聚力、内摩擦角对破裂区宽度的敏感性主次顺序为抗拉强度内摩擦角黏聚力。研究结果表明:采深越大,矿柱破裂区宽度越大;矿柱破裂区宽度与抗拉强度呈反相关。研究结果对估算矿柱破裂区宽度及安全评价矿柱稳定性具有重要的工程意义。
[Abstract]:In order to study the sensitivity of the factors affecting the width of pillar fracture zone, the V3 orebody of Hengshan ore deposit is studied. Based on the principle of orthogonal test, mining depth, mining thickness, strip width, mechanical parameters of orebody and dip angle of orebody are selected as the main controlling factors. 21 different simulation test schemes are designed, according to the corresponding simulation test schemes, the numerical model of ore deposit is established and simulated mining of the deposit is carried out. The Mohr Coulomb yield approach (YAIm-c) function is compiled by using FALC3D's own fish language to simulate and calculate the fracture zone width of ore column. The results of orthogonal variance analysis show that the depth of mining has a significant effect on the width of fracture zone, the width of strip is not significant, and the thickness of mining has no significant effect on the width of fracture zone. The tensile strength of ore body has a significant effect on the width of fracture zone. The sensitivity of tensile strength, cohesion force and internal friction angle to the width of fracture zone is in the order of tensile strength and internal friction angle cohesion. The results show that the greater the mining depth, the larger the width of the pillar rupture zone and the inverse correlation between the width of the pillar rupture zone and the tensile strength. The results are of great engineering significance for estimating the width of pillar rupture zone and evaluating the stability of ore pillar safely.
