矿用乳化液泵监控分站的设计与研发
[Abstract]:The monitoring and monitoring of emulsion pump plays an important role in ensuring the automatic operation of emulsion pump station and the real-time protection of emulsion pump. There are two main types of monitoring system of emulsion pump station for underground coal mine: centralized control mode and distributed control mode. The defects of these two monitoring systems are as follows: under the centralized control mode, the whole system will be paralyzed when the centralized control center fails; The distributed control mode based on full PLC has many problems such as large volume, difficult transportation and maintenance of emulsion pump monitoring sub-station. Referring to the latest technology at home and abroad, this paper puts forward the design idea of Emulsion pump monitoring sub-station based on single chip microcomputer, and communicates with the main station of Emulsion pump Station through the design of communication circuit. It lays a foundation for the monitoring system of distributed emulsion pump station based on PLC single chip computer. Taking the BRW400/31.5 emulsion pump produced by Wuxi Coal Mine Machinery Factory as the object, this paper analyzes the functional requirements of the monitoring and monitoring of the emulsion pump used in the mine. On the basis of this, the overall scheme design of the monitoring sub-station of the emulsion pump is carried out. The contents include development platform, control mode, monitoring parameters, man-machine interface and communication, etc. The overall scheme of Emulsion pump monitoring sub-station based on single chip microcomputer is constructed. The hardware design of the Emulsion pump monitoring sub-station: the LPC1788 single chip microcomputer is selected as the core of the hardware platform. The hardware design includes three parts: the functional circuit design, the signal acquisition circuit design and the communication circuit design. The design of functional circuit includes reset circuit, clock circuit, power circuit, keyboard circuit and so on. The signal acquisition circuit designs three kinds of signal acquisition and conversion circuit: thermal resistance PT100,4-20mA current and dry contact. The design of communication circuit includes RS485 communication circuit and Ethernet communication circuit. The software design of Emulsion pump monitoring sub-station includes main program design, signal acquisition program design, LCD display program design and keyboard program design. The program flow chart design and software implementation are carried out. In the aspect of communication program design, two communication modes, RS485 communication and Ethernet communication, are selected to realize the communication between the MCU sub-station and the PLC master station. The MCU realizes the communication based on the Modbus RTU protocol. Using Modbus TCP protocol as Ethernet communication protocol, the communication between SCM and S7-300 PLC is realized.
