千米全液压坑道岩心钻机设计

【摘要】:坑道钻探可以利用旧矿区已有的井、巷对深部资源进行勘探,能够满足深部资源勘探的需求。坑道钻机是坑道钻探的核心设备,我国目前生产的坑道钻机的钻深、转速、扭矩等参数已经不能满足深孔金刚石绳索取芯钻进工艺参数的要求。在参阅坑道钻机技术参数及工作原理相关文献的基础上,对绳索取芯坑道钻机的发展现状进行了总结,并结合具体的取芯工艺要求,设计出一种全液压坑道岩心钻机,按照钻机的一般设计流程和方法对钻机的机械机构及液压回路进行了设计。主要开展了以下研究工作:(1)通过文献及市场调研,总结了坑道钻机的发展现状及市场需求,确定了钻机的基本参数,并根据基本参数计算了执行机构的主要技术参数。(2)确定了钻机的布局方式,整机包括钻进单元、动力单元以及操作台。采用滑橇式底盘装载。(3)对各执行机构的负载特性进行分析,根据其性能要求确定了各个回路的调速调压方式:回转回路、升降回路、取芯绞车回路以及泥浆泵驱动回路采用负载敏感回路;钻进回路采用恒压钻进回路。确定了双泵双系统的动力分配方式,进而拟定了整机液压原理图。(4)计算了液压元件的技术参数,选定了液压马达、液压泵、电动机的类型、规格。设计了双活塞杆两级伸缩油缸,并采用活塞杆固定方式安装以增加动力头行程。
[Abstract]:Tunnel drilling can make use of the existing wells and roadways in old mining areas to explore deep resources, which can meet the needs of deep resources exploration. Tunnel drilling rig is the core equipment of tunnel drilling. The drilling depth, rotation speed, torque and other parameters of tunnel drilling rig produced at present in China can no longer meet the requirements of drilling technology parameters of deep-hole diamond rope core-drilling. On the basis of consulting the technical parameters and working principle of the tunnel drilling rig, this paper summarizes the development status of the rope coring drill, and designs a kind of fully hydraulic tunnel core drill combined with the concrete requirements of the coring technology. The mechanical mechanism and hydraulic circuit of drilling rig are designed according to the general design flow and method of drilling rig. The main research work is as follows: (1) through literature and market research, the development status and market demand of tunnel drilling rig are summarized, and the basic parameters of drilling rig are determined. According to the basic parameters, the main technical parameters of the actuator are calculated. (2) the layout of the drilling rig is determined, which includes drilling unit, power unit and operating table. Using skid chassis loading. (3) the load characteristics of each actuator are analyzed. According to its performance requirements, the speed regulation and voltage regulation methods of each loop are determined: the rotary circuit, the lifting circuit, The load sensitive loop is used in the cored winch circuit and the mud pump driving circuit. The drilling circuit adopts constant pressure drilling circuit. The power distribution mode of double pump and double system is determined, and the hydraulic principle diagram of the whole machine is worked out. (4) the technical parameters of hydraulic components are calculated, and the types and specifications of hydraulic motor, hydraulic pump and motor are selected. The double piston rod two-stage expansion cylinder is designed, and the piston rod is fixed to increase the stroke of the power head.
