谦比希铜矿浮选柱工业试验对比研究

【摘要】:精选段的矿物粒级嵌布状态愈发复杂,粒度越来越细,给浮选柱的分选带来更大挑战。结合中色非洲矿业公司谦比希铜矿的特点,考察了KYZE浮选柱的清水动力学性能和分选性能,研究了矿浆循环泵运转频率对浮选柱的清水动力学性能的影响,测试结果表明选取合适的泵转速和充气量时,浮选柱液面相对稳定,具有较好的气液分散性能。研究了循环泵频率、充气量大小和充气器数量对分选指标的影响,确定了带矿试验的关键运转参数。通过带矿试验,研究对比了两种浮选柱的分选性能。研究表明,两者均能获取较优异的分选性能,满足选矿厂的要求。KYZE浮选柱的分选指标和稳定性具有一定优势。
[Abstract]:The more complex and finer the particle size of the flotation section is, the greater the challenge is to the separation of flotation column. Combined with the characteristics of Champi copper mine in Central Africa Mining Company, the clean water kinetics and separation performance of KYZE flotation column were investigated, and the effect of slurry circulating pump operation frequency on the clean water kinetic performance of flotation column was studied. The test results show that the liquid level of the flotation column is relatively stable and has good gas-liquid dispersion performance when the pump speed and the volume of gas are selected properly. The effects of the frequency of circulating pump, the amount of gas filled and the number of inflators on the separation index were studied. The key operating parameters of the ore bearing test were determined. The separation performance of two flotation columns was studied and compared by ore-bearing test. The results show that both of them can obtain excellent separation performance and meet the requirements of concentrator. The separation index and stability of KYZE flotation column have certain advantages.
