铜川某煤矿皮带输送机制动系统改造

【摘要】:钢丝绳牵引皮带式输送机在矿山的开采运输中具有非常重要的作用,它不仅能从矿井向外输送煤炭,而且煤矿工人可乘坐钢带机来进出矿井。本文针对铜川某煤矿钢带机在工人下井时出现的下滑失速问题进行了研究,改定了液压制动控制系统,该液压系统可使钢带机在正常启动、工作制动、紧急制动、断电制动、按预设速度稳定运转等不同工况之间运行。由于缺乏原始设计资料,本文首先对该煤矿所采用的钢带机的结构及其工作原理进行了分析,并对所采用的主要部件进行了受力校核,对钢带机的驱动部件进行布置分析,验算了驱动功率及制动力矩,并对钢带机的输送带钢丝绳的同步问题进行了探讨。最后根据计算与校核结果设计出新的液压制动系统和其控制系统。液压系统主要采用蓄能器充液阀来给蓄能器充液,以此压力来实现系统的制动;采用电磁比例溢流阀对制动压力进行调节,以此进行制动力控制,保证钢带机工作中不出现输送带失速现象。控制系统主要采用单片机来判断系统是否出现失速现象,以此决定电磁比例溢流阀是否接通制动;使用放大器来控制电磁比例溢流阀的电磁铁的电流,来达到调节制动力,稳定速度的目的。
[Abstract]:Wire rope traction belt conveyor plays a very important role in mining and transportation of mine. It can not only transport coal from the mine but also the coal miners can use the belt machine to enter and leave the mine. In this paper, the problem of sliding stall of steel belt machine in Tongchuan coal mine is studied, and the hydraulic brake control system is modified. The hydraulic system can make the steel belt machine start up normally, work brake, emergency brake, power off brake. According to the preset speed stable operation and other different operating conditions between the operation. Due to the lack of original design data, this paper firstly analyzes the structure and working principle of the steel belt machine used in this coal mine, and makes a force check on the main parts used, and analyzes the arrangement of the driving parts of the steel belt machine. The driving power and braking torque are calculated, and the synchronization of steel rope for belt conveyor is discussed. Finally, a new hydraulic braking system and its control system are designed according to the results of calculation and verification. The hydraulic system mainly uses the accumulator filling valve to fill the accumulator with the pressure to achieve the braking of the system. The brake pressure is regulated by electromagnetic proportional relief valve to control the braking force to ensure that the belt stall does not occur in the work of the steel belt machine. The control system mainly uses singlechip to judge whether the system is stall or not, so as to determine whether the electromagnetic proportional relief valve is connected with the brake. The amplifier is used to control the electromagnet current of the electromagnetic proportional relief valve to adjust the braking force and stabilize the speed.
