内排条件下露天矿长远排土规划研究
[Abstract]:The long-term drainage planning of open-pit mine can reasonably plan the position of stripping disposal, guide the short-term drainage design of open-pit mine, reduce the distance of exfoliation, improve the production efficiency of transportation and drainage equipment, and significantly reduce the production cost of open-pit mine. It has important theoretical significance and engineering application value. According to the space-time relationship of the development of open-pit stope and dump, the long-term drainage planning problem of open-pit mine is reasonably simplified, and the dynamic adjustment and constraint conditions of the dump are analyzed, with the aim of minimizing the total transportation cost of exfoliation. In this paper, the long-term drainage planning model of open-pit mine under the condition of inner drainage is established, and the solution idea of the model is put forward, and the algorithm flow chart is given. The basic data of the model is defined and its calculation method is put forward. Based on the theory of interpolation, space geometry, operation research and so on, the method of solving the key problems in the algorithm is presented by using the idea of calculus, including determining the position of abandonment stage and calculating the center of mass and volume of the entity after cutting. Calculate the height of abandonment phase and determine the transportation route. Taking Zahanaoer opencast coal mine as an example, the DTM model of top and floor, stope block model and dump block model of each stratum in Zhanaoer opencast coal mine are established. According to the block model, the data needed to solve the long-term drainage planning model of Zahannur opencast coal mine are obtained. On the basis of model basic data and algorithm flow, the solution program is written by calling 3DMine VBA interface. The calculation results of long-term drainage planning model in Zahanaoer opencast coal mine show that the calculation results of the model can guide the rational utilization of drainage space in open-pit mines.
