柴油乳化及其对浮选影响的研究

【摘要】:利用胶体磨制备乳化柴油,并对柴油乳化参数进行了分析研究,确定油水比为1∶4~1∶5时,能够制得参数较好的乳化液。分别采用乳化柴油和柴油作为捕收剂进行浮选对比试验,结果表明:采用乳化柴油时的浮选完善指标比柴油高5.66个百分点,浮选速度试验中第一次精煤产率比柴油高5.01个百分点;在浮选完善指标相同的情况下,乳化柴油用量比柴油节省39.13%。
[Abstract]:Emulsified diesel oil was prepared by colloid grinding. The emulsifying parameters of diesel oil were analyzed and studied. When the ratio of oil to water was 1? 4? 1? 5, the emulsion with better parameters could be obtained. The flotation contrast tests of emulsified diesel oil and diesel oil were carried out respectively. The results showed that the flotation perfection index of emulsified diesel oil was 5.66 percentage points higher than that of diesel oil. In the flotation speed test, the first clean coal yield is 5.01 percentage points higher than that of diesel oil. The consumption of emulsified diesel oil is reduced by 39.13% compared with diesel oil under the same conditions of flotation perfection index.
