井下机械式动筛排矸机传动机构的运动学分析和瞬态动力学响应

【摘要】:井下机械式动筛排矸机能够促进煤炭行业的绿色开采,有效的解决了煤矸石堆积的危害性问题。更因其工艺系统和装备结构简单,易于操作,井下机械式动筛排矸机必将成为未来煤炭行业绿色发展必不可少的机械设备。本文对井下机械式动筛排矸机的总体设计和跳汰分层原理进行了方案设计,对其传动机构进行了运动学分析,,对井下机械式动筛排矸机瞬态动力学响应进行了分析计算,最后得出其瞬态动力学响应的结果。 井下机械式动筛排矸机传动机构的运动规律对动筛体的运动特性影响很大,进而影响煤和矸石的筛分效率。本文对传动机构建立了数学模型,根据封闭的矢量多边形方程,得出各个杆件的角位移、角速度以及角加速度的方程。然后借助ANSYS Workbench中的Rigid Dynamics刚体运动学分析模块,对井下机械式动筛排矸机的传动机构进行运动学分析及仿真,并以此来验证各杆件的角位移、角速度以及角加速度的方程的正确性,为产品的设计和应用提供完整可靠的理论依据。 最后本文对井下机械式动筛排矸机瞬态动力学响应进行了分析计算,得出其瞬态动力学响应的结果,从而获得了传动机构的应力变化和位移变化规律。直观而且精确的展示出井下机械式动筛排矸机瞬态动力学响应的特点,为井下机械式动筛排矸机的设计和应用提供充分的数据支持。
[Abstract]:The underground mechanical moving screen gangue removal machine can promote the green mining of coal industry and effectively solve the harmful problem of coal gangue accumulation. Because the technology system and equipment structure are simple and easy to operate, the underground mechanical moving screen gangue removal machine will become the necessary mechanical equipment for the green development of coal industry in the future. In this paper, the general design and the jigging layering principle of the underground mechanical moving screen gangue removal machine are designed, the kinematic analysis of its driving mechanism is carried out, and the transient dynamic response of the underground mechanical moving screen gangue removal machine is analyzed and calculated. Finally, the results of transient dynamic response are obtained. The movement law of the driving mechanism of the underground mechanical moving screen expelling gangue machine has a great influence on the moving characteristics of the moving screen body, and then affects the screening efficiency of coal and gangue. In this paper, the mathematical model of transmission mechanism is established. According to the closed vector polygon equation, the equations of angular displacement, angular velocity and angular acceleration of each member are obtained. Then with the help of the rigid body kinematics analysis module of Rigid Dynamics in ANSYS Workbench, the kinematic analysis and simulation of the driving mechanism of the underground mechanical moving screen gangue removal machine are carried out, and the angular displacement of each member is verified by this method. The correctness of angular velocity and angular acceleration equation provides a complete and reliable theoretical basis for product design and application. Finally, this paper analyses and calculates the transient dynamic response of the underground mechanical moving screen gangue removal machine, and obtains the results of the transient dynamic response, thus obtaining the variation of stress and displacement of the driving mechanism. The characteristics of transient dynamic response of the underground mechanical moving screen gangue removal machine are displayed intuitively and accurately, which provides sufficient data support for the design and application of the underground mechanical moving screen gangue removal machine.
