矿用隔爆型变频一体机的设计和分析

【摘要】:由于煤矿井下的采掘工作面条件恶劣,通道狭窄、采掘高度低、大型设备难以下井、工具短缺,生产设备运输、安装、维护困难,因此要求生产设备必须满足体积小、重量轻、系统故障率低、电磁干扰小、能耗少、系统成本低,以减小设备维护难度和生产成本。矿用隔爆型变频调速一体式电动机由于具备软启动功能、系统故障率低、能耗低、系统维护成本小的优点,完全满足煤矿井下的需求。但是,在变频器和电动机整合成一体式产品以后,在温度设计上仍然存在一些难点。需要采用切实可行的设计方法来保证变频一体机各部位的温度在可接受范围内。然而,矿用隔爆型变频一体机温度计算方法的研究在国内还是空白,有必要对矿用隔爆型变频一体机的温度计算方法进行深入研究。本文的目的是以3300V 1200kW矿用隔爆型变频一体机为原型,研究变频一体机的设计和各部位的温度场有限元计算方法,而且尽量避开复杂、繁琐的理论推导和大量的试验室验证,使其更适合在工厂内推广使用。本文以3300V 1200kW矿用隔爆型变频一体机为原型,重点针对一体机的温度场分析进行了研究,构建了一体机冷却结构,设计了其电动机模型、变频器主电路结构,并对变频电机的损耗、散热系数和温度场进行数字仿真。根据仿真结果与实验数据的对比分析,可以发现最大实验偏差仅为5.5℃,完全满足工程需要,有力的验证了仿真计算结果的可靠性。通过以上研究,证明了本文所建立的仿真模型及仿真分析的方法是可靠、可行的。根据样机型式试验结果,各观察点实际测量温度与上述方法分析计算得到的温度值比较接近,试验偏差均在可接受范围内,证明该方法是可行、有效的。在新的设计方法出现以前,该方法对工厂内的变频一体机设计和温度设计具有一定的参考价值。
[Abstract]:Because of the poor conditions, narrow passageways, low mining height, lack of tools, transportation, installation and maintenance of production equipment, the production equipment is required to be small in volume and light in weight, because of the poor conditions, narrow passageway, low mining height, difficult downhole of large equipment, lack of tools and difficult transportation, installation and maintenance of production equipment. The system failure rate is low, the electromagnetic interference is small, the energy consumption is low, and the system cost is low, in order to reduce the difficulty of equipment maintenance and production cost. Mine flameproof variable-frequency speed-regulating integrated motor has the advantages of soft start-up, low system failure rate, low energy consumption and low maintenance cost, which fully satisfies the underground demand of coal mine. However, after the integration of inverter and motor, there are still some difficulties in temperature design. A practical design method is needed to ensure that the temperature of all parts of the inverter is within acceptable range. However, the research on temperature calculation method of mine flameproof variable frequency one-in-one machine is still blank in China. It is necessary to study the temperature calculation method of mine flameproof variable-frequency all-in-one machine. The purpose of this paper is to take 3300V 1200kW flameproof variable frequency one-in-one machine as the prototype, to study the design of the variable-frequency one-in-one machine and the finite element calculation method of the temperature field in each part, and to avoid the complicated and tedious theoretical derivation and a lot of laboratory verification as far as possible. Make it more suitable for promotion in the factory. In this paper, based on 3300V 1200kW mine flameproof variable frequency integrated machine, the temperature field analysis of the integrated machine is studied, the cooling structure of the integrated machine is constructed, the motor model and the main circuit structure of the inverter are designed, the main circuit structure of the converter is designed, and the main circuit structure of the inverter is designed. The loss, heat dissipation coefficient and temperature field of the variable frequency motor are simulated. According to the comparison and analysis between the simulation results and the experimental data, it can be found that the maximum experimental deviation is only 5.5 鈩,
