榆阳煤矿风积砂高水膨胀材料充填开采试验

【摘要】:以榆阳煤矿2307综采充填工作面为背景,采用风积砂高水膨胀材料充填技术进行了开采试验。充填材料主要为风积砂、粉煤灰、石膏、生石灰等常用建筑材料,根据充填材料要求并通过试验确定了配比为风积砂366.3kg/m~3、粉煤灰366.3kg/m~3、辅料81.6kg/m~3、水650.8kg/m~3;按照满足直接顶不出现初次断裂的条件,得出充填步距为6.4m;采用2套充填能力为180m~3/h的充填料浆制备装置和充填管路对工作面采空区进行充填,充填能力达360m~3/h;提出了具体的充填工艺流程。试验结果表明,工作面无明显来压现象,充填体强度基本满足要求,巷道围岩变形较小,有效控制了地表下沉,达到了保水采煤的目标,提高了矿区经济效益。
[Abstract]:Based on the 2307 fully mechanized mining filling face in Yuyang Coal Mine, the mining test was carried out by using the filling technology of eolian sand and high water expansion material. The filling materials are mainly aeolian sand, fly ash, gypsum, quicklime and other common building materials. According to the requirements of filling materials and through the test, the proportion is 366.3 kg / m / 3, 366.3 kg / m / 3, 81.6 kg / m / 3, water 650.8 kg / m / 3, and the filling step is 6.4m according to the requirements of filling materials and the test results show that the filling step is 6.4m, the filling step is 6.4m.
