大型矿井提升机关键件工艺管理系统研究

【摘要】:工艺是产品设计和制造的桥梁,工艺管理工作是制造企业管理的核心。工艺管理的好坏直接决定着企业的市场竞争力,尤其是近年来,国家装备制造业发展迅猛,企业对产品工艺管理的要求也越来越高。大型矿井提升机作为国家装备制造业的重要装备,是矿山运输的咽喉。作为大型机械产品,其关键件——主轴具有吨位大、加工工艺复杂、生产周期长等特点,而且按单件小批量生产,往往不能快速响应市场的需求。并且由于气候、地理环境及安装条件等限制,往往同一规格的零部件也难以互换。同时,对于矿井提升机这类复杂的产品,传统的工艺设计与管理方式已滞后于制造业信息化的发展。因此,研究集工艺路线设计、工艺审批及会签、工艺版本及发放管理、典型工艺管理、工艺文档和知识管理等功能于一体的复杂的设计和管理系统,是促进装备制造企业信息化建设的关键。本文针对某重机企业在矿井提升机工艺设计与管理中存在的问题,提出了基于B/S架构的矿井提升机关键件工艺管理系统的解决方案。从企业的实际需求出发,利用IDEF0建模技术构建了系统的总体功能模型,设计了系统的总体架构及系统的功能模块,并在系统整体设计的基础上,以SQL Server 2005数据库软件为支撑完成了系统数据库的构建,阐述了系统的安全结构体系。同时探讨了系统设计的原理和方法,并从系统开发、工艺卡片模板、工艺设计的所见即所得等几个方面研究了其实现的关键技术。在以上研究的基础上,以Visual Studio 2008为开发平台,采用C#编程语言和ASP技术开发了一套基于B/S架构的大型矿井提升机关键件工艺管理系统,实现了工艺设计的所见即所得,系统可对各类工艺设计资源及技术文档进行统一管理,保证了工艺设计数据一致性、准确性和安全性,为今后工艺管理的标准化提供了借鉴。
[Abstract]:Process is the bridge of product design and manufacture, and process management is the core of manufacturing enterprise management. The quality of process management directly determines the market competitiveness of enterprises, especially in recent years, the national equipment manufacturing industry has developed rapidly, and the requirements of product process management are getting higher and higher. As an important equipment of national equipment manufacturing industry, large mine hoist is the throat of mine transportation. As a large mechanical product, its key component, the spindle, has the characteristics of large tonnage, complex processing technology, long production cycle and so on. Moreover, it can not respond to the demand of the market quickly because of the small batch production of a single piece. And because of climate, geographical environment and installation conditions and other constraints, it is often difficult to swap parts of the same specification. At the same time, for complex products such as mine hoist, the traditional process design and management method has lagged behind the development of manufacturing informatization. Therefore, the research on the complex design and management system which integrates the functions of process route design, process examination and approval and countersigning, process version and distribution management, typical process management, process document and knowledge management is the key to promote the information construction of equipment manufacturing enterprises. In view of the problems existing in the process design and management of mine hoist in a heavy machine enterprise, this paper puts forward a solution to the process management system of key parts of mine hoist based on B / S structure. Based on the actual requirements of the enterprise, the overall functional model of the system is constructed by using IDEF0 modeling technology, and the overall architecture of the system and the functional modules of the system are designed. On the basis of the overall design of the system, the construction of the system database is completed with the support of SQL Server 2005 database software, and the security structure system of the system is described. At the same time, the principle and method of system design are discussed, and the key technologies of system development, process card template and WYSIWYG of process design are studied. On the basis of the above research, using Visual Studio 2008 as the development platform, using C # programming language and ASP technology to develop a set of key parts process management system of large mine hoist based on B / S architecture, the WYSIWYG of process design is realized, and all kinds of process planning resources and technical documents can be managed uniformly, which ensures the consistency, accuracy and safety of process planning data. It provides a reference for the standardization of process management in the future.
