装煤站自动定量装车控制系统的设计与实现

【摘要】:随着煤炭工业的发展,装运水平不断提高,先进的煤炭装运系统也随之出现,煤炭的装运水平是煤炭工业现代化程度的重要标志之一。我国煤炭装运水平参差不齐,操作方式各异,其中还存在许多人工装车、人工记账的方式,这些方式不但自动化程度不高,影响企业的经济效益,而且不便于工作人员了解现场运行情况,不利于实时管理。本文通过对项目现场需求的分析,设计了装煤站自动定量装车控制系统。该系统采用上下位机模式进行控制,上位机采用通用PC机和RSView32组态软件,下位机采用AB系列的可编程逻辑控制器(PLC),用来实现对整个装车过程的自动控制,能够准确、可靠地实时记录和监测装车过程中各设备的运行状况,并具有报表的自动查询和打印、流量统计、系统错误信息报警、联锁停机等功能。论文首先根据对现场需求的分析详细制定了自动定量装车系统控制方案;其次为了验证系统方案设计的正确性和优化系统设计,建立了基于Matlab/Simulink的装车系统的的数学仿真模型,并对仿真结果进行详细分析;进而对控制系统的硬件和软件进行设计,开发了基于编程软件RSLogix5000的程序和基于组态软件RSView32的监控界面;在此基础上,对基于RSLinx的OPC通讯进行了研发,并确立RLS (Recursive Least-Squares)算法应用;最后详细介绍了装煤站的现场安装调试情况,并对调试过程中出现的问题提出解决方法。通过现场调试,本装煤站自动定量装车控制系统的设计满足了生产现场的工艺要求,达到了装煤系统的速度和精度指标。
[Abstract]:With the development of coal industry, the shipping level continues to improve, and the advanced coal shipping system also appears. The transportation level of coal is one of the important symbols of the modernization of coal industry. The level of coal shipment in our country is uneven and the operation mode is different, among which there are many manual loading and accounting methods, which not only have low automation degree, affect the economic benefit of the enterprise, but also are not convenient for the staff to understand the field operation, and are not conducive to real-time management. Based on the analysis of the project site demand, the automatic quantitative loading control system of coal filling station is designed in this paper. The system is controlled by upper and lower computer mode, the upper computer adopts general PC and RSView32 configuration software, and the lower computer adopts AB series programmable logic controller (PLC), to realize the automatic control of the whole loading process. It can accurately and reliably record and monitor the running status of each equipment in the loading process, and has the automatic query and printing of the report form, flow statistics and system error information alarm. Interlock shutdown and other functions. Firstly, according to the analysis of the field requirements, the control scheme of the automatic quantitative loading system is worked out in detail. Secondly, in order to verify the correctness of the system scheme design and optimize the system design, the mathematical simulation model of the loading system based on Matlab/Simulink is established, and the simulation results are analyzed in detail. Then the hardware and software of the control system are designed, and the program based on programming software RSLogix5000 and the monitoring interface based on configuration software RSView32 are developed. On this basis, the OPC communication based on RSLinx is developed, and the application of RLS (Recursive Least-Squares) algorithm is established. Finally, the field installation and debugging of coal loading station is introduced in detail, and the solutions to the problems in the debugging process are put forward. Through the field debugging, the design of the automatic quantitative loading control system of the coal filling station meets the technological requirements of the production site, and achieves the speed and accuracy index of the coal loading system.
