单轨吊在软岩大倾角巷道运输重型支架的应用

【摘要】:针对我国中东部煤矿软岩、破碎顶板、斜巷大倾角复杂条件下运输重型液压支架的技术难题,中煤新集能源股份有限公司引进重型防爆柴油单轨吊机车设备,结合现场条件,对专用重型起吊梁单轨道安装方式、吊挂链条布置方式、单轨吊吊挂方式和吊挂机具、使用过程中现场管理等进行研究创新,首次实现用单轨吊整体运输48 t重型液压支架,运输效率较传统绞车运输提高50%以上,成功解决了综采工作面传统回撤工艺存在的准备量大、运输环节和人员多、运输效率与劳动效率低、安全管理复杂等问题,可实现复杂地质条件下综采工作面安全、高效、快速安装和回撤。
[Abstract]:In view of the technical problems of transporting heavy hydraulic support under the complex conditions of soft rock, broken roof and inclined roadway in central and eastern coal mines of China, the heavy explosion-proof diesel monorail crane locomotive equipment introduced by China Coal Xinji Energy Co., Ltd., combined with the field conditions, the single track installation mode of special heavy lifting beam, hanging chain arrangement mode, monorail hoisting mode and suspender equipment, and field management in the course of use are studied and innovated. For the first time, 48 t heavy hydraulic support is transported by monorail crane, and the transportation efficiency is more than 50% higher than that of the traditional winch transportation. The problems existing in the traditional withdrawal technology of fully mechanized mining face, such as large preparation, many transportation links and personnel, low transportation efficiency and labor efficiency, and complex safety management, can be successfully solved, and the safety, high efficiency, rapid installation and withdrawal of fully mechanized mining face under complex geological conditions can be realized.
