磷石膏基充填料的制备及其有害物溶出率的研究

【摘要】：以磷石膏,磷渣粉,水泥为主要原料制备磷石膏基充填料,采用水平振荡法浸溶出其中的可溶性磷、氟及重金属离子等有害物,探讨有害物溶出率与其强度性能之间的关系。结果表明:磷石膏基充填料的物料配比为磷石膏65%~75%,磷渣粉22%~30%,水泥3%~5%,外掺石灰2%及减水剂1.5%,水灰比0.28时,可满足矿山充填料的强度要求。磷石膏基充填料中有害物的溶出率与其强度呈反比,当28d抗压强度从1.75 MPa增至4.23 MPa时,充填体的可溶磷溶出率从41.32%降至18.97%,氟溶出率从46.52%降至32.22%。
