磷石膏基充填料的制备及其有害物溶出率的研究

【摘要】:以磷石膏,磷渣粉,水泥为主要原料制备磷石膏基充填料,采用水平振荡法浸溶出其中的可溶性磷、氟及重金属离子等有害物,探讨有害物溶出率与其强度性能之间的关系。结果表明:磷石膏基充填料的物料配比为磷石膏65%~75%,磷渣粉22%~30%,水泥3%~5%,外掺石灰2%及减水剂1.5%,水灰比0.28时,可满足矿山充填料的强度要求。磷石膏基充填料中有害物的溶出率与其强度呈反比,当28d抗压强度从1.75 MPa增至4.23 MPa时,充填体的可溶磷溶出率从41.32%降至18.97%,氟溶出率从46.52%降至32.22%。
[Abstract]:Phosphogypsum based fillers were prepared from phosphogypsum, phosphate slag powder and cement as main raw materials. Soluble phosphorus, fluorine and heavy metal ions were leached by horizontal oscillatory method, and the relationship between the dissolution rate of harmful substances and their strength and properties was discussed.
