刨煤机刨链预紧力的计算方法及其对刨煤机能耗的影响

【摘要】:刨链预紧力是影响刨煤机运行的重要工况参数。分析刨链预紧力对刨煤机运行的影响,得到了刨削时和空行程时刨链预紧力及预紧力选取范围的计算公式。考虑刨链绕经链轮时曲线阻力的影响,采用逐点张力法得出刨链总牵引力的计算公式。定量分析了预紧力变化对刨链总牵引力及刨煤机能耗的影响,结果表明:预紧力增加,刨煤机能耗明显增大。并通过自制的刨煤机试验台,对空行程时不同预紧力条件下的刨煤机功率进行测试,试验结果更加说明了预紧力对能耗的显著影响。为合理选取刨链预紧力、刨煤机设计和使用中的节能降耗提供理论基础。
[Abstract]:The pretightening force of planer chain is an important working condition parameter that affects the operation of coal planer. The influence of pretightening force of planer chain on the operation of planer is analyzed, and the formulas for calculating the pretightening force of planing chain and the selection range of pretightening force during planing and space stroke are obtained. Considering the influence of the curve resistance of the planing chain around the sprocket, the formula for calculating the total traction force of the planing chain is obtained by using the point-by-point tension method. The influence of the change of pretightening force on the total traction force of planer chain and the energy consumption of planer is analyzed quantitatively. The results show that the energy consumption of planer increases obviously with the increase of pretightening force. Through the self-made planer test bench, the power of the planer under different pretightening forces during the empty stroke is measured, and the test results show that the pretightening force has a significant influence on the energy consumption. It provides a theoretical basis for reasonable selection of pretightening force of planer chain and energy saving and consumption reduction in the design and use of planer.
