气液两相流下单向球阀动态特性数值模拟

【摘要】:基于对单向阀球的受力分析,建立单向球阀运动规律的数学模型,并进一步利用Fluent动网格和UDF仿真技术模拟单向球阀的启闭过程,研究了介质含气率、阀球材质对球阀动态特性的影响.模拟结果表明:随着介质含气率由0%增至80%,同一时刻的阀隙开度不断减小,阀球上下表面压差增长幅度达到2倍,且阀球能达到的最大升程、速度不断降低至纯液相工况的1/2以下.当阀球密度由3 800kg/m~3增大到8 900kg/m~3时,阀球上升速度减慢,球阀能达到的最大升程、速度逐渐减小,且球阀达到最大升程所需的时间也越长,尤其是含气率≤0.3时更为突出.
[Abstract]:Based on the analysis of the force on the ball of the one-way valve, the mathematical model of the movement law of the one-way ball valve is established, and the opening and closing process of the one-way ball valve is simulated by using the Fluent moving grid and UDF simulation technology. The effect of medium gas content and valve ball material on the dynamic characteristics of ball valve is studied. The simulation results show that with the increase of medium gas content from 0% to 80, the valve gap opening decreases continuously at the same time. The pressure difference between the upper and lower surface of the valve ball is increased by 2 times, and the maximum lift can be achieved by the valve ball. When the ball density increased from 3 800 kg / m ~ (3) to 8 900 kg / m ~ (3) m ~ (3), the rising speed of valve ball slowed down. The maximum lift of the ball valve decreases gradually, and the time required for the ball valve to reach the maximum lift is longer, especially when the gas content is less than 0.3.
