钢绞线丝间变形与感应加热效果数学模型的研究

【摘要】:根据Hertz(赫兹)接触理论结合钢绞线的结构特性推导了丝间变形的计算方法,采用该方法计算钢绞线感应加热过程中丝间接触面宽度的大小,为建立精确的钢绞线感应加热有限元模型提供了一种新方法.利用有限元分析法计算钢绞线感应加热温度值,得到不同电流密度和频率下的温度数据.通过对温度数据进行回归分析,采用平均相对误差来评价多个回归模型拟合程度的优劣,建立了感应加热效果的最优数学模型.该模型为应用经典控制理论实现钢绞线感应加热温度控制提供了理论依据.
[Abstract]:Based on Hertzs-Hertz contact theory and the structural characteristics of steel strands, the calculation method of wire deformation is derived, and the width of interwire contact surface during induction heating of steel strands is calculated by using this method. This paper provides a new method for establishing an accurate finite element model of induction heating of steel strands and calculates the temperature of induction heating of steel strands by finite element analysis. The temperature data of different current density and frequency are obtained. Through the regression analysis of temperature data, the average relative error is used to evaluate the fit degree of multiple regression models. The optimal mathematical model of induction heating effect is established, which provides a theoretical basis for the application of classical control theory to the control of induction heating temperature of steel strands.
