长方体单腔室空腔环境内爆炸效应的实验研究

【摘要】:为了获得在典型空腔内发生爆炸后,结构壁面上爆炸载荷的分布规律和空腔结构的破坏形式,以国防工事和人防工事的等级设计规范为依据,设计了长方体单腔室空腔模型,并对该模型进行了药量逐渐递增直至可使结构破坏的内爆炸实验。用压力传感器和加速度传感器分别记录了单腔室壁面上爆炸载荷的压力时程曲线和结构壁面振动的加速度时程曲线,分析了壁面上爆炸载荷的分布规律以及模型结构的破坏形式,并将首个峰值的实测数据与理论计算和数值模拟结果进行了对比,探讨了3种研究方法产生误差的原因。
[Abstract]:In order to obtain the distribution law of explosion load on the wall of the structure and the failure form of the cavity structure after the explosion occurred in the typical cavity, a cuboid single chamber cavity model was designed based on the grade design code of national defense and civil air defense. An internal explosion experiment was carried out on the model, in which the charge was gradually increasing until the structure could be destroyed. The pressure time history curve of explosion load on the wall of a single chamber and the wall vibration of the structure were recorded by pressure sensor and acceleration sensor, respectively. Dynamic acceleration time history curve, The distribution law of explosion load on the wall and the failure form of the model structure are analyzed. The experimental data of the first peak value are compared with the theoretical calculation and numerical simulation results, and the causes of the errors in the three research methods are discussed.
