基于流固耦合的净化器内流场与热应力分析

【摘要】:运用计算流体力学(computational fluid dynamics,CFD)方法,分析了锥形扩张管与喇叭形扩张管净化器的内部流场.结果显示:锥形扩张管的内流场均匀性比喇叭形扩张管低;采用喇叭形扩张管可降低扩张段流体与壁面的分离程度,使涡流区域及湍动能耗散减少,净化器内部流场分布均匀性得以改善.基于无化学反应的耦合数值模拟发现,净化器进出气端锥所受热应力较大,而段管壳上较小;喇叭形扩张管净化器对改善净化器内部流场均匀性有利,但载体入口直管壳体周向温度分布不均匀和温度梯度大,导致喇叭形扩张管净化器进出气端锥热应力和变形大于锥形扩张管净化器进出气端锥.
[Abstract]:The internal flow field of cone expansion tube and trumpet expansion tube purifier is analyzed by means of computational fluid dynamics method. The results show that the uniformity of flow field in conical expansion tube is lower than that in horn expansion tube. The separation of the fluid from the wall in the expansion section can be reduced by using the trumpet tube, and the eddy current region and turbulent kinetic energy dissipation can be reduced, and the uniformity of the flow field distribution in the purifier can be improved. Based on the coupled numerical simulation without chemical reaction, it is found that, The heat stress of the inlet and outlet cone of the purifier is larger than that of the tube and shell, and the trumpet expansion tube is beneficial to improve the uniformity of the flow field in the purifier, but the temperature distribution in the circumferential direction is uneven and the temperature gradient is large in the shell of the straight tube at the inlet of the carrier. As a result, the thermal stress and deformation of the cone in and out of the gas terminal of the trumpet expansion tube purifier is greater than that of the cone in and out of the cone expansion tube purifier.
