煤岩体相似材料声波速度敏感性正交试验研究

【摘要】:针对现有研究大多针对煤岩体相似材料的力学性质,而少有对其声波速度变化规律进行分析的问题,选用煤泥、砂子、水泥和水为原料制备煤岩体相似材料,采用极差分析方法就不同配比对相似材料声波速度的影响进行了正交试验研究。结果表明:相似材料的声波速度与煤岩体相近,可在较大范围进行调整,符合煤岩体声波速度指标对相似材料的要求;水泥含量对相似材料的声波速度有明显的影响,煤泥含量对声波速度的影响次之,砂子含量对声波速度的影响不显著,且声波速度与水泥含量和煤泥含量呈正相关关系;相似材料的纵波速度和横波速度之间存在较好的线性正相关性。通过对试验数据进行多元线性回归分析,得到了确定相似材料配比的经验方程,便于制备满足声波速度要求的煤岩体相似材料。
[Abstract]:In view of the problem that most of the existing researches focus on the mechanical properties of similar materials of coal and rock mass, but few on the analysis of the variation law of acoustic velocity, coal slime, sand, cement and water are used as raw materials to prepare similar materials of coal and rock mass. The effects of different ratios on acoustic velocity of similar materials are studied by means of range analysis. The results show that the acoustic velocities of similar materials are similar to those of coal and rock mass and can be adjusted in a wide range. The cement content has obvious influence on the sound wave velocity of the similar material, the coal slime content has the second influence on the sound wave velocity, and the sand content has no significant effect on the sound wave velocity. The sonic velocity is positively correlated with cement content and coal slime content, and there is a good linear positive correlation between the longitudinal wave velocity and the shear wave velocity of similar materials. The empirical equation of determining the ratio of similar materials is obtained, which is convenient for preparing similar materials of coal and rock mass which meet the requirements of acoustic velocity.
