初始压力和狭缝宽度对毫米量级狭缝内爆轰起爆距离的影响

【摘要】:为获得狭缝内爆轰起爆距离的影响因素,分别在高度为1.0 mm,宽度为10、20、30 mm的狭缝爆轰管内,对不同初始压力下(p0=5.0~50.0 k Pa)等当量比的乙烯/氧气预混气体进行了单次爆轰性能实验研究。根据烟迹法、高速摄影图片判定起爆位置,分析了初始压力和狭缝宽度对爆轰起爆距离的影响。结果表明:(1)p0=21.0~30.0 k Pa时,起爆距离随着狭缝宽度的增大而逐渐缩短;(2)p0=35.0~42.5 k Pa时,起爆距离随着狭缝宽度的增大先缩短后增大,在p0=45.0~50.0 k Pa时起爆距离随着狭缝宽度的增大基本保持不变;(3)3种狭缝宽度下,量纲一起爆距离随量纲一初始压力的变化曲线差异较大。
[Abstract]:In order to obtain the influencing factors of detonation initiation distance in the slit, the detonation distance in the narrow slit detonation tube with a height of 1.0 mm and a width of 10 ~ 20 ~ 30 mm was obtained. An experimental study on the detonation performance of ethylene / oxygen premixed gases with the equivalent ratio of P0 / oxygen at different initial pressures was carried out. According to the smoke trace method, the location of detonation was determined by high speed photography. The effects of initial pressure and slit width on the initiation distance of detonation are analyzed. The results show that the initiation distance decreases gradually with the increase of slit width when the initiation distance increases with the increase of slit width, and the initiation distance decreases first and then increases with the increase of slit width. Under the three slit widths of 45.0 KPA and 50.0 KPA, the variation curves of the distance between dimensionality and initial pressure vary greatly with the increase of slit width.
