挡板式内循环流化床内三维电容层析成像仿真

【摘要】：设计了一款应用于检测挡板式内循环流化床(ICFB)两相流流动特性的三维电容层析成像(ECVT)系统。介绍了ECVT传感器的结构,建立了有限元仿真模型,得到内循环流化床的三维灵敏场和三维重建图像。能够更加直观的观察内循环流化床内两相流的流动特性,弥补目前实验条件无法获知流化床流动细节的不足,为挡板式内循环流化床气固两相流流动特性研究提供有力的手段。
[Abstract]:A three dimensional capacitance tomography (ECVT) system for detecting the flow characteristics of two phase flow in a baffle type inner circulating fluidized bed (ICFB) is designed.The structure of ECVT sensor is introduced and the finite element simulation model is established to obtain the 3D sensitive field and 3D reconstruction image of the inner circulating fluidized bed.It can more intuitively observe the flow characteristics of the two-phase flow in the inner circulating fluidized bed, make up for the lack of the flow details of the fluidized bed at present, and provide a powerful means for the study of the gas-solid two-phase flow characteristics of the baffle type inner circulating fluidized bed.
