微重力池沸腾过程中的气泡热动力学特征研究

【摘要】:微重力池沸腾过程中的气泡热动力学特征研究项目是实践十号返回式卫星科学实验任务之一,主要关注微重力池沸腾过程中孤立生长气泡周围局部流动与传热机理.目前,实验装置SOBER-SJ10正样产品已完成研制和地面测试,并开展了一系列地面对比实验.地面实验结果表明设备工作正常,性能指标达到设计要求.地面实验结果表明过冷度对起始沸腾过热度影响甚微.空间飞行实验将于近期进行,其结果将加深对沸腾传热机理的认识.
[Abstract]:The research project of bubble thermodynamics in the boiling process of microgravity cell is Ren Wuzhi, a practical scientific experiment of recoverable satellite, which focuses on the mechanism of local flow and heat transfer around the isolated growth bubble in the boiling process of microgravity cell.At present, the SOBER-SJ10 standard product has been developed and tested on the ground, and a series of ground contrast experiments have been carried out.The experimental results on the ground show that the equipment works normally and the performance index meets the design requirements.The experimental results on the ground show that the undercooling degree has little effect on the initial boiling superheat.Space flight experiments will be conducted in the near future, and the results will deepen the understanding of boiling heat transfer mechanism.
