结构物入水冲击表面压力的模型研究及应用

【摘要】:结构物在入水过程中表面不同部位会受到不同程度的冲击,严重影响结构和结构内部人员的安全,因此入水问题的研究在航空航天和军事领域具有实际意义。以楔形体和弧形体为研究对象,进行了自由下落多工况的入水冲击试验,对PVDF压电传感器进行了静动态参数标定,采用该压电传感器采集了结构物入水表面的压力分布值。然后运用LS-DYNA软件对试验工况结构物入水工况进行了数值仿真,对压力的测量结果做了进一步验证,并分析了不同因素对结构表面压力的影响。最后依据相似准则,通过试验模型的数据得到实际飞机结构的入水冲击响应,对入水结构的设计具有一定的参考价值。
[Abstract]:In the process of water entry, different parts of the structure surface will be impacted to different degrees, which will seriously affect the safety of the structure and the personnel inside the structure. Therefore, the study of the water entry problem is of practical significance in the field of aerospace and military affairs. Taking wedges and arcs as the research objects, the free falling water shock tests were carried out. The static and dynamic parameters of the PVDF piezoelectric sensor were calibrated. The pressure distribution values of the structure were collected by the piezoelectric sensor. Then LS-DYNA software is used to simulate the structure under the test condition, and the results of pressure measurement are further verified, and the influence of different factors on the surface pressure of the structure is analyzed. Finally, according to the similarity criterion and the data of the experimental model, the shock response of the actual aircraft structure is obtained, which has certain reference value for the design of the water entry structure.
