滑移和同步脉冲载荷下圆柱壳瞬态响应的对比分析

【摘要】:为定量分析滑移和同步脉冲载荷下圆柱壳瞬态响应的差异,以不同尺寸的圆柱壳为对象,分别加载滑移和同步脉冲载荷进行数值模拟,研究了平均应变差异随几何特征参数的变化规律。结果表明:对于圆柱壳结构,平均应变差异随径厚比d/t变化的情况与长度相关,厚度变化对圆柱壳的平均应变差异影响较小;对于不同厚度的圆柱壳,平均应变差异随细长比d/l的增大而减小,当d/l≤0.45时,平均应变差异在20%以内。分析结果为相关试验设计和结果评估提供了有价值的参考。
[Abstract]:In order to quantitatively analyze the difference between the transient response of cylindrical shells under sliding and synchronous pulse loads, the different sizes of cylindrical shells were numerically simulated by loading slippage and synchronous pulse loads, respectively. The variation of average strain with geometric characteristic parameters is studied. The results show that: for cylindrical shell structure, the variation of average strain with the ratio of diameter to thickness d / t is related to the length, the variation of thickness has little effect on the average strain difference of cylindrical shell, and for the cylindrical shell with different thickness, the variation of thickness has little effect on the average strain difference of cylindrical shell.
