泄压口大小对约束空间爆炸准静态超压载荷的影响规律

【摘要】:约束空间爆炸载荷主要包含瞬态冲击波和持续时间较长的准静态超压,为了研究泄压口大小对约束空间爆炸准静态超压载荷的影响规律,采用三阶WENO有限差分格式,编写了约束空间内炸药爆炸冲击波三维数值计算程序。利用Sod激波管、双爆轰波碰撞、激波与熵波相互作用等经典算例验证了数值程序的可靠性。基于验证的程序开展了带有泄压口的约束空间内爆炸载荷数值计算。在分析数值计算结果基础上,提出了描述准静态超压载荷简化理论公式,该理论公式与数值计算结果吻合较好。研究结果可为工程抗爆结构设计提供一定的参考和指导。
[Abstract]:The explosive load in confined space mainly includes transient shock wave and quasi-static overpressure with long duration. In order to study the effect of pressure relief port on quasi-static overpressure load in confined space explosion, a third-order WENO finite difference scheme is adopted. A three-dimensional numerical calculation program for explosive explosion shock wave in confined space has been developed. The reliability of the numerical program is verified by using Sod shock tube, double detonation wave collision and interaction between shock wave and entropy wave. Based on the verification program, the numerical calculation of the explosion load in the constrained space with the outlet is carried out. Based on the analysis of numerical results, a simplified theoretical formula for describing quasi static overpressure loads is proposed, which is in good agreement with the numerical results. The research results can provide some reference and guidance for the design of engineering anti-explosion structure.
