环形预制裂纹小冲杆试样评价脆性材料断裂韧性的研究

【摘要】:针对石油化工、核电等行业服役设备的材料脆化和性能劣化导致设备失效的问题,提出了一种评价在役设备材料性能的新方法。用环形缺口预制裂纹试样进行脆性材料的小冲杆试验,结合有限元模拟获得的回路J积分曲线,最终得到材料的断裂韧性值,J积分为46.18kJ/m2,并与标准CT试样试验得到的断裂韧性值进行比较,2种结果基本一致。环形预制裂纹小冲杆试样可以评价材料的断裂韧性。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the problem of material embrittlement and deterioration in service equipment in petrochemical and nuclear power industries, a new method for evaluating the material performance of in-service equipment is proposed. The small impact bar test of brittle material was carried out with annular notched prefabricated crack specimen. Combined with the loop J integral curve obtained by finite element simulation, the fracture toughness of the material was obtained. The J integral was 46.18kJ / m2. Compared with the fracture toughness obtained from the standard CT specimen test, the two results are basically consistent. The fracture toughness of the material can be evaluated by the annular prefabricated small punching rod specimen.
