【摘要】:硒、碘是人体必需的两种微量元素,对人体生理健康和生命安全都有至关重要的作用。研究硒元素、碘元素在自然介质中的分布特性、迁移转化规律等环境地球化学特征,对合理利用富硒、富碘地区土地资源优势,科学改善人民缺硒、缺碘的营养状况具有重要意义。本文在前人调查的基础上,选取浙江省北部富硒地区和浙江省东部富碘地区作为主要研究对象,系统研究了两种元素在浙江省土壤中的环境与生物地球化学特征。本文取得的主要研究结果如下:浙北研究区表层土壤平均硒含量为0.344 mg·kg-1,达到富硒水平,其与土壤pH值未呈现相关性,与土壤有机质呈极显著正相关,与硫、镉、汞这三种元素也呈极显著正相关;对不同形态硒含量的测定表明,强有机态腐植酸态残渣态碳酸盐态离子交换态水溶态铁-锰氧化态,且前三者的含量远高于后四者,并分别与土壤理化性质有一定关系;浙北富硒地区所种植蔬菜作物食用部位硒含量均达到富硒标准。浙东研究区表层土壤平均碘含量为19.35mg·kg-1,远高于浙西南研究区(1.65mg·kg-1)以及浙江省平均值(1.95mg·kg-1);两地区土壤剖面碘含量差异与表层土壤相似,且深层土壤碘含量都稍大于表层土壤,并随深度变化呈一定规律;浙东研究区剖面中氟、氯、钙、镁等海洋元素都与碘呈显著正相关,而浙西南研究区却未发现上述规律,猜测前者土壤碘主要来源为海洋,其含量变化与当地的地质环境演变有关,后者土壤碘来源为基岩风化;受土壤介质影响,富碘、缺碘地区蔬菜作物食用部位碘含量差距较大。本文的研究结果为浙江省富硒、富碘土地资源的开发利用,以及生态补硒、补碘方式提供基础资料。
[Abstract]:Selenium and iodine are two essential trace elements in human body, which play a vital role in the physical health and life safety of the human body. Study on selenium and iodine distribution in natural medium, migration and transformation of environmental geochemistry, rich land resources advantages to the rational use of selenium, iodine, plays an important role in improving people's nutrition science of selenium and iodine deficiency. Based on previous investigations, we selected the rich selenium area in the northern part of Zhejiang province and the iodine rich area in the eastern part of Zhejiang Province as the main research objects, and systematically studied the environmental and biogeochemical characteristics of two elements in the soil of Zhejiang province. The main research results are as follows: the average selenium content in surface soil in the study area was 0.344 mg kg-1, reached the level of selenium, and the soil pH value was not significant, and significantly positive correlation with soil organic matter, and sulfur, cadmium and mercury in the three elements also showed a significant positive correlation; Determination of the content of different forms of selenium showed strong organic humic acid state residual carbonate ion exchange state water soluble Fe Mn oxidation state, and the content of the three is much higher than four, there is a certain relationship respectively and soil physicochemical properties; Zhejiang Institute of vegetable crops planting area of selenium enriched selenium content in edible parts reached se standard. The average iodine content in surface soil of eastern Zhejiang region is 19.35mg kg-1, far higher than the study area in the Southwest Zhejiang (1.65mg - kg-1) and the average of Zhejiang province (1.95mg, kg-1); the difference of the soil iodine content in soil and the surface profile of the two are similar, and the content of iodine in deep soil are slightly larger than the surface soil, and showed some changes with depth law; fluorine, chlorine and calcium, magnesium and other elements of Zhejiang Ocean profile in the study area are positively correlated with iodine, and the study area in the Southwest Zhejiang, but did not find the above rules, guess the former soil iodine as a major source of the ocean, the content and the change of the local geological environment evolution, the soil iodine source for bedrock weathering; the effect of soil medium, rich in iodine and iodine deficiency iodine content in edible parts of vegetable crops in a larger gap. The results of this study for the development and utilization of Zhejiang Province, selenium and iodine rich land resources, provide basic data and ecological way of supplementing selenium and iodine.
