农业现代化对农民增收影响及农户人力资本存量的调节作用探析

【摘要】：借助全国30个省区2001—2014年面板数据,探究了农业现代化与农民增收关系及农户人力资本存量调节作用。结果表明:农业现代化中,农业生产科技化和农业结构合理化微弱促进农民增收,农业经营规模化抑制农民增收;农户人力资本存量调节农业现代化的农民增收效应,增强农户人力资本存量可显著提升农业现代化农民增收效应。基于以上分析,提出农户人力资本开发的对策建议,以期提升农业现代化的农民增收效应。
[Abstract]:With the panel data of 30 provinces and regions in China from 2001 to 2014, this paper probes into the relationship between agricultural modernization and the increase of farmers' income, as well as the regulating effect of farmers' human capital stock. The results show that: in agricultural modernization, Science and technology of agricultural production and rationalization of agricultural structure can promote the increase of farmers' income, and the scale of agricultural management can restrain the increase of farmers' income. The stock of human capital of farmers adjusts the effect of increasing farmers' income in agricultural modernization. Based on the above analysis, the countermeasures and suggestions for the development of farmers' human capital are put forward in order to enhance the effect of increasing the farmers' income of agricultural modernization.
