耐寡营养高效解磷菌株XMT-5的分离鉴定及解磷特性

【摘要】:为获得更加适应寡营养的自然环境条件的解磷菌株,以1/4蒙金娜培养基从土壤中分离筛选高效解磷菌株,并对其进行鉴定,分析其生长条件及解磷机制。结果表明,从土壤中共分离获得解磷菌9株,通过对解磷量的定量测定确定高效解磷菌株XMT-5,其最大解磷量为195.63 mg/L;从菌落特征、生理生化特性及16S rRNA基因序列分析三方面鉴定菌株XMT-5为根瘤菌(Rhizobium sp.);菌株XMT-5在寡营养条件下可以分泌柠檬酸、酒石酸和乙酸3种有机酸,从而可使培养液pH值下降;菌株XMT-5可在温度4~42℃、pH值4~10、Na Cl质量浓度0~80 g/L以及寡营养条件下生长,环境适应能力较强,具有良好的应用前景。
[Abstract]:In order to obtain more suitable for the natural environment condition of oligonutrition, the high efficiency phosphorus releasing bacteria strains were isolated and screened from the soil in 1/4 mongola medium, and identified, the growth conditions and the mechanism of phosphorus release were analyzed, the results showed that: 1. Nine strains of phosphorus releasing bacteria were isolated from soil, and XMT-5 was determined by quantitative determination of the amount of phosphorus. The maximum amount of phosphorus release was 195.63 mg / L. Physiological and biochemical characteristics and 16s rRNA gene sequence analysis showed that the strain XMT-5 was identified as Rhizobium sp.0.The strain XMT-5 could secrete three organic acids, citric acid, tartaric acid and acetic acid, which decreased the pH value of the culture medium. The strain XMT-5 could grow under the conditions of temperature 442 鈩,
