昆虫翅发育研究的现状与前景

【摘要】:翅的形成有利于昆虫的迁移,一些害虫依靠强大的飞行能力扩散为害,致使农林业产业经济损失严重。目前,昆虫翅发育研究在遗传调控机理方面取得了大量突破性进展,作为生物器官的研究模型,昆虫翅为生物医学提供了良好的范本。为深入了解昆虫翅发育的研究进展和在植物保护及生物医学领域中的应用,本文介绍了昆虫翅发育的普遍调控机理,对比了不同变态发育类型代表性昆虫的翅发育关键调控基因及其作用机理,并结合最新涌现的RNA农药、纳米材料转染生物分子、基因编辑等技术,分析并展望了农业害虫防治中的翅模型研究的应用前景。
[Abstract]:The formation of wings is beneficial to the migration of insects, and some pests rely on strong flight ability to spread, which results in serious economic losses in agriculture and forestry industry. At present, researches on insect wing development have made a great deal of breakthrough progress in genetic regulation mechanism. As a research model of biological organs, insect wings provide a good model for biomedicine. In this paper, the universal regulation mechanism of insect wing development is introduced, and the key genes and action mechanism of insect wing development in different metamorphosed development types are compared. In combination with the newly emerged RNA pesticides, nanomaterials are transfected into biomolecules. The application prospect of wing model in agricultural pest control was analyzed and forecasted.
