基于光谱图像分析土壤和水有机氯农药残留趋势判断

【摘要】:提出基于光谱图像分析土壤和水有机氯农药残留趋势判断方法。首先,利用荧光光谱分析法分别对土壤和水进行紫外光照射,使二者能够反映出本身物质特性具有的荧光,通过荧光定量分析将已获取的标准物质和样品经过同样程序处理后,运用回归分析法绘制工作曲线对样品进行含量分析;其次,分别对不同地区土壤及不同监测站水源进行取样,利用光谱分析法对样品进行实验,参照标准物质有机氯农药含量与实验样品中残留的农药含量进行分析比较。实验结果证明,利用光谱图像分析法对土壤及水中的农药进行残留趋势判断,为环境改善及农业喷药作业系统提供数据基础。
[Abstract]:A method for judging the trend of organochlorine pesticide residues in soil and water based on spectral image was proposed. Firstly, ultraviolet light was used to illuminate soil and water, respectively, so that they could reflect their own fluorescence characteristics. After the obtained standard materials and samples were treated with the same procedure by fluorescence quantitative analysis, the working curve was drawn by regression analysis. Secondly, the content of the samples was analyzed. Soil samples from different areas and water sources from different monitoring stations were sampled, and the samples were tested by spectroscopic analysis. The contents of organochlorine pesticides and pesticide residues in the experimental samples were compared and analyzed according to the reference materials. The results showed that the contents of organochlorine pesticides in the samples were compared with each other. The trend of pesticide residues in soil and water was judged by spectral image analysis, which provided the data basis for environmental improvement and agricultural spraying system.
